Validate Your Gadget Insurance
In order to validate your gadget insurance policy we require a document or image detailing the gadgets serial or IMEI number, proof of purchase/ownership and image(s) of the gadgets operational and working order, within 7 days of purchasing the policy.
If you haven’t validated your gadget not to worry, your policy is still valid. You can late validate, subject to a small administration fee. Please visit the Customer Services section, selecting Validation, then Gadget.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this form and the sending the evidence to Nova Direct you are certifying that the gadget(s)
- Were purchased new from a manufacturer, network provider or retail store,
- In fully working order and free from damage, cosmetic or otherwise
- Are in my possession and I can prove they belong to and used by me,
- I have invoices or receipts to confirm proof of ownership.
