All pet claims are dealt with by our claims handlers, The Claims Manager. Please click the link below to be transferred to The Claims Manager to raise a claim.
Please note : the Policy requires you to lodge the claim within 48 hours of the incident. If you are unable, for whatever reason, to raise a claim you can ‘Notify” The Claims Manager of a potential or pending claim, but this must be done within 48 hours of the incident.
