We understand that your details, including your address, licence and registration number, can change. The information on this page is aimed to make the process, and your request, as simple as possible. Please note that we cannot accept policy adjustments over the phone.
What happens and when?
Upon submitting the change form and paying the £50.00 administration fee, your request will be sent to the Nova Direct – Motor Brokering Team for processing. This in turn will be processed and you will receive confirmation of completion of the change within 72 hours.
Please note that the follow changes will need to be accompanied by associated documentation in order to complete these:
- Registration Number Changes: Copy V5 document showing the vehicle make, model and owner
- Address change: Copy proof of address, preferably a recent utility bill
- Licence change: Copy DVLA summary, which you can obtained at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
Please note that if your change results in a premium difference, the difference will be applied to your existing finance plan. If you have paid in full, the difference will be applied to your card on file.
